Need help in your CS classes? Well, you’ve come to the right place! The ACM offers tutoring for UIC students currently enrolled in computer science or related courses. While we can’t promise miracles in higher level courses (300/400-level), we specialize in helping out undergraduate students in 100-level CS courses.
We cannot and will not do your homework for you!
We can, however, offer guidance on HOW to properly approach your computer science projects, and to answer any questions you may have. We’ll even help you with strange errors you might be getting.

The best way to get tutoring help is to stop by our office and see if any potential tutors are around (they usually are). You’ll find our office in the Science and Engineering Labs East Building (SEL-E), room 2262.
If you can't find anybody in the office, or simply have a quick question to ask from home, check out our irc tutoring channel. If none of these options work for you, and you would like to schedule time with a tutor, please e-mail our tutors' mailing list at:

If you have already mastered the material in a class and are interested in tutoring, subscribe to the tutors' mailing list by sending an email to:

NOTE: Before you start tutoring, please read our tutoring guidelines.
