[Acm-announce] Connection problems to acm.cs.uic.edu, RESOLVED

A network problem with UIC was preventing connections to acm.cs.uic.edu 
and the various other sites hosted on the same machine, including 
flourishconf.com, since late last night until around 6pm today. The 
issue has been resolved and the internet connection to this machine 
should now be functioning properly.
