Morningstar is hiring full-time engineers! They are always hiring, so people graduating in both fall or spring can apply. :)

 

All entry level tech employees go through the Morningstar Development Program <http://corporate1.morningstar.com/US/Careers/The-Morningstar-Development-Program/> . This is a 2 year rotational program (4 rotations total) that lets you experience working with different teams and technology stacks (front end and server side development, databases, test automation, infrastructure, security). The program is a good fit for someone who is not sure yet what to specialize in and also enjoys learning about the big picture of how software is built.
