[Acm-announce] Gitlab Service Down - Waiting on Recovery Sync

As a precautionary measure the UIC ACM's Gitlab service will be 
unavailable until a recovery sync operation finishes successfully on 
Gitlab's back end file server. This should help greatly speed up the 
recovery operation being preformed. A follow up email will be sent when 
the service is restored, recovery is expected to take several hours to 
finish running.
