If quorum is not met the meeting must be rescheduled to a date within a week that can be agreed upon by a plurality of those present. If this new meeting does not have quorum but has at least 80% of the people whom attended the previous meeting present then the election may take place. At the election scheduled for April 13, 2016 @ 5:30PM, only 20 ACM members are present. The election date must be scheduled within a week. As a result, the plurality of those present have voted 18 to 2 that elections will be rescheduled for April 13, 2016 @ 6:10PM.
