[Acm-announce] ACM's ICPC

Hello ACM members,

    Every year, our university ( UIC ) has sent teams to ICPC.  I want to
try and get teams together and send them out again this year.  The team
sizes are three people, if memory holds true, we can send 2 teams a year.
I am sending this email out early so that we can prepare for the
competition.
