[Acm-announce] Pampered Chef - Tech Talk! Thursday, March 16th

Hello everyone!

ACM will be hosting Pampered Chef for a tech talk next week *Thursday,
March 16th @ 5:30pm in the CS lounge (SELE 2268)*. Come out and learn about
different tools and technologies that allow developers at the company to
process thousands of transactions per minute!

*Abstract:*

The technology team at Pampered Chef builds the tools that power our
network of 40,000 sales consultants. Join us to learn how our software and
infrastructure teams design, build and support mobile and web applications
that process thousands of transactions per minute. Covering Java, Android,
iOS and more, we’ll talk about the tools, technologies and processes that
delight our users.

We’ll hear from Shiva – Senior Software Engineer, Arul – Director of
Infrastructure and Operations, and Josh – Junior Mobile Engineer about what
they do every day to continuously solve problems deliver amazing solutions.
