Each representing a distinct area of computing, ACM's Special Interest Groups (SIGs) offer a more in-depth level of involvement. Although their specific offerings differ, our SIGs by and large provide:
- an opportunity to explore your field of interest through special projects and events
- an environment outside the classroom in which to network with peers who share your interests
- a forum for discussions about the latest technical developments
