====== Purpose ======

Currently the ACM hosts several mailing lists using version 2 of the Mailman mailing list system. Mailman 3 has been an ongoing project, that is not yet full complete at time of writing, to improve and refactor the system. One important feature that is being included in Mailman 3 that was missing in 2, and is part of the Listserv software UIC uses, is the ability to log into the management/admin portion of the software with per user logins instead of a shared password for mailing list. This task is to get an instance of Mailman 3 up and running to test its currrent status and capabilities, as well as researching migration paths if the software version has matured enough.
