install these
sudo apt-get install portmap nfs-common
You should also configure an NTP client to sync with the NTP server on the fileserver
add this line to the clients /etc/fstab
/etc/fstab
172.29.0.6:/acm-home /home nfs4 _netdev,auto,hard 0 0
change this line in the clients /etc/idmapd.conf
/etc/idmapd.conf
Domain = acm.cs
