[Acm-announce] Important Notice about ACM Git Hosting

Due to a change that was made, individuals using ACM's Gitlab git 
project hosting system may get an error when trying to push, pull, or 
clone their code. If this happens, all you need to do to correct the 
problem is to log out of the web interface at acm.cs.uic.edu/git and 
then log back in. If you experience this problem and this fix does not 
work, please email me so it can be  investigated further.

PS There may be other services that are affected by the change made, but 
should respond to the same fix.
