[Acm-announce] ACM office open on Monday 8-31. Setup ongoing.

Hi everyone,

The ACM office will open on Monday 8-31. Setup is still going on but the
center table and workstations are ready to go. *Remember to keep it clean*.
Pick up food and trash after yourselves. Trash and recycling may require
you to walk to the hallway.

Points to note:

   - No going into the CS Lounge until the space officially opens.
   - No fridge available.
   - No pop available.
   - No appliances available. (microwave, toaster oven, etc)

We will continue to setup the office over the next week or so.
