Hello All,

Interested in audio engineering? If so, you may be interested in the
presentation about sound in virtual reality. See this forwarded email below
about the AES meeting on Thursday, 5-7pm in ERF 2032 (EVL Cyber Commons).

Additionally, elections will be held for student board roles. If you're
interested in getting more involved with AES, don't miss out!  If you have
any questions before then, please email: aes-officers at uic.edu

Note that this is not an ACM/LUG-hosted event, but it may be of interest to
some of you.

Hi everyone,

This is a reminder that the final meeting of the semester will be this
Thursday from 5 - 7pm in the EVL cyber commons in ERF 2032. PIZZA WILL BE
SERVED.

Anil Camci, post-doctorate researcher at the EVL with a background in
electronic music and engineering, will be giving a presentation on sound in
virtual reality. Excellent opportunity to hear more about the growing
interest of audio for virtual reality and the upcoming ambisonic chamber in
the EVL!

Additionally, elections will be held for student board roles. If you're
interested in getting more involved with AES, don't miss out!
