[Acm-announce] Sig-Android: Our quiz app skeleton is created!

Hello,

The skeleton of SQAQ(sig-android quiz app) is finally uploaded!
wooooooo~~~!!!!

It can be found in the link at the bottom of the sig-android website

I also made a tutorial video on how the whole thing works and how to merge
your code with mine. Please watch it before getting started. Again, if you
