[Acm-announce] Office Update - IMPORTANT

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give a friendly reminder. Now that the weather is getting
colder, people are naturally going to be huddling in the office and
surrounding areas. What I am addressing is more specifically targeted for
the ACM office itself.

Please try and be considerate with the space. This means not leaving your
bags and coats ON chairs or tables, or leaving your laptops if you are
going to be gone for extended periods of time (this means if you are going
to be gone for more than 30 minutes).

Also, the tables in ACM are able to sit 2 people per table, so if it gets
crowded please move over and make space. Also if you walk in and people are
too spread out and you want to do work, do not hesitate to ask people to
move over.

Lastly on this subject, don't leave any trash or food on the table when you
leave. People have been really good about this so far this semester so
let's keep it up everyone!
